Q. What does outpatient mean?

A.  Outpatient medical services are tests or procedures that can be completed at a medical facility without an overnight stay. Outpatient services do not require admittance to a hospital. 

Q. What are the advantages of using an outpatient facility?

A. When applicable, outpatient facilities typically offer patients a better overall experience. Arise Vascular facilities are much smaller than a typical hospital setting which makes it easier to arrive, have a test or procedure, and get back home within just a few hours. A few other benefits of outpatient treatment include:

  • Comfortable setting
  • Same-day discharge with no overnight stay
  • One-to-One nursing care
  • Low out-of-pocket costs
  • State-of-the-art technology

Q. Are Arise Vascular facilities afflilated with any hospital system?

A. No. Every Arise Vascular facility is independent and physician-owned. 

Q. What Insurance is accepted?

A. Every Arise Vascular facility will accept Medicare & Medicaid as well as a variety of private insurances. Please contact us to verify if a specific insurance is contracted in your region.

Q. What are your hours of operation?

A.  Arise Vascular’s corporate office is open 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Each of our facilities will have varying hours so please check your local facility’s webpage for details.

Q. Who do I call about my bill?

A.  Each of our facilities have different payment options available. If you have questions you may call 1-833-4-MY-ARISE or 1-833-469-2747.

Q. What is an estimated patient portion?

A. Prior to your procedure, our business office will contact you about the estimated patient portion. This estimate is based on information provided to us by your insurance company. The amount is only an estimate. We offer payment plans structured around your personal financial needs.

Q. How many Arise Vascular facilities are there? 

A.  Currently, we operate 1 Ambulatory Surgery Center, 6 Office-based Endovascular Labs, and 1 Medical Practice in Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana.
